Your weekly action plan

Updated Oct 22, 2026

Included in FullCharge.See the plans

The action plan turns your rankings, support threads, reviews and releases into a short to-do list for the week. Each move that changes a ranking input runs through the Rank Simulator first, so you see what it should be worth before you start.

Open your plan

  1. Click Action plan in the sidebar.
  2. Each plugin has its own card. Under This week you’ll find up to five actions, best first.
  3. Tick the box beside an action once you’ve done it. Ticks are kept for the week.
  4. Click Rebuild to make the plan again from today’s data.

Plans are built every Monday at 06:30 UTC, before the weekly digest. If a plugin’s plan isn’t built yet, opening the page builds it (up to three at a time), or click Rebuild.

What an action looks like

Each action has a title, a short reason, the effort it takes (Do now, Minutes, An hour or Next release) and often a predicted move, such as “contact form” #9 → #6. Actions you may see:

  • Fix a release that looks broken, or keep an eye on one worth watching.
  • Release an update before your freshness score starts falling, 180 days after your last release.
  • Set “Tested up to” to the current WordPress version.
  • Mark answered support threads resolved, or answer open ones.
  • Reply to 1–2★ reviews from the last 14 days.
  • Mention a tracked search in your short description.
  • Go after a search your rivals win.

Predictions use your first 10 tracked searches and WordPress.org results from the last seven days, so track a few keywords to get them. See Choose the searches you track.

Last week, what fell, and your release

  • Last week’s results shows what you ticked off and where each predicted move landed: Reached, Moving up, No change yet, Fell or Not checked.
  • What fell this week lists tracked searches that fell 3 or more places, out of the top 10 or out of the results, with the likely causes and roughly how many places each cost: changes to your own factors or text, and products that climbed past you.
  • After a new version, the release card says whether it Looks healthy, is Worth watching or Looks broken, from support topics since the release against your usual rate, topics reporting errors, and low reviews.

Also on FullCharge

  • Your Monday digest lists the top three actions for each plugin, and a line on how last week went.
  • The dashboard’s This week card shows your open moves.
  • Keyword drop alerts include the same explanation of why the search fell.
  • For 72 hours after each release, TrackWP checks it every hour, shows a release chip on the product card, and alerts you if the release looks broken.

Plans

The action plan, drop diagnosis and release health are on FullCharge. On Starter and Boost, the page shows a locked preview. Action plans are for plugins only, since theme search scoring isn’t published in the same form.
