Questions
Where do the positions come from?
WordPress.org's own search, run when you look and cached for up to six hours. Tracked keywords are checked every night.
How deep does it check?
The top 100 results. If your product is further down, it shows as "not in the top 100".
Do themes work?
Yes. Switch to Themes above the search box; positions come from WordPress.org's theme search.
How many keywords can I track?
Three per product on Starter, up to 30 per product on FullCharge. See Pricing for every plan.
