Change, pause or cancel your plan

TrackWP has three plans, each for one person: Starter is free, Boost is $19 a month and FullCharge is $39 a month, in US dollars before tax. Paying yearly takes 20% off. You manage your plan on the Billing page.

Upgrade

1. Click Billing in the sidebar, or go to /billing.
2. Under Upgrade, choose Yearly or Monthly.
3. Click Subscribe under Boost, or Get FullCharge.
4. Pay at Dodo Payments’ checkout. Dodo is the merchant of record: it charges your card, adds the right tax for your country and emails your invoices.
5. Back in TrackWP, your plan switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed.

The first time you subscribe, you get a 7-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you stay on Starter without being charged.

Change plan or billing period

On the same page, Change plan shows the plans again.

• Upgrades start straight away. Within the same billing period you pay only for the days left; moving from monthly to yearly charges the full year now, minus what’s left of your month.
• Downgrades, such as Switch to Boost from FullCharge, and switches from yearly to monthly take effect when the current period ends. Scheduled change shows what’s coming, with Undo if you change your mind.

Cancel

1. On the Billing page, click Cancel plan.
2. If you like, tell us why, then click Cancel at period end.

You keep every feature until the date shown under Ends on, then move to Starter. Nothing is deleted. Changed your mind? Click Keep my plan before that date. Cancelling is also how you move from a paid plan to Starter.

Refunds

We refund duplicate charges, billing errors and wherever the law gives you the right to one, and often a first charge you’ve barely used. Email support@trackwp.com from your account’s address with the rough date of the charge. The refund and cancellation policy has the details.

Pausing

There’s no pause button for a subscription. To take a break, cancel, then subscribe again when you’re ready: your products, keywords and history are still there.

What does get paused is products. On a plan with fewer products than you track, the extras are paused, not deleted, and aren’t checked each day. Swap one in on the dashboard with Swap with, and they all resume by themselves when your plan grows again. Keywords and goals past a plan’s limit stay saved too, marked “over plan limit”.

If a payment fails

If a renewal fails, your plan stays active for now and the dashboard asks you to Update card. If it still isn’t paid, paid features are paused until you do, and your data stays safe. Invoices and card on the Billing page opens Dodo’s portal, where you can update your card and download invoices.

Good to know

• The top of the Billing page shows your plan, its status and your usage, such as products used.
• When you hit a limit, a prompt names the plan with more room. Its Upgrade to Boost or Upgrade to FullCharge button goes straight to checkout, billed monthly; if you already pay for a plan, it upgrades it straight away and keeps your monthly or yearly billing.
